Lewis was born and diagnosed a few days latter as a swimmer. With lots of care and correct physio he survived to become one of our top show dogs. From his first year in the puppy class to his first year in the veteran class he qualified each year for Western Cape Top Dog. He championed early in his career and went on to win more than one Best in Show, many Group Wins and Group Placements and the World of Dogs and Cats. Many of his wins have been under International Judges and Judges that specialise in Movement. As of 2014 he has been semi-retired and we will only show him very selectively in the future. He is Merles heart dog.
